OpenAI以Codex和小团队完成大规模软件开发

2026 年 2 月 OpenAI 工程师 Ryan Lopopolo 发表《Harness engineering: leveraging Codex in an agent-first world》，披露一个小团队用五个月时间让 Codex 产出大约 100 万行代码、1500 个 PR，全程零手写代码，且面向有内部日活用户的真实产品而非实验室 demo。 文章要点（本文引述）：Agent 出错时解法不是再跑一次，而是追问「缺了什么能力，如何让它对 Agent 可见且可执行」，把修复编码为自动检查。Humans steer.
